The Homecoming King and Queen for Adair-Casey/Guthrie Center High School will be announced tonight at halftime of the home varsity football game.

The homecoming court for queen includes Alaina Bunde, Cloe Hoyt, Chloe Largent, Mia Ocheltree and Paxton Schnieder. The homecoming king candidates includes Griffin Ayers, Charlie Crawford, Miles Kading, Cayden Jensen and Reid Rumelhart. Raccoon Valley Radio will announce the winners later tonight.

The theme of Adair-Casey/Guthrie Center High School Homecoming is “The Lightning Round.” There will be a parade at 2pm today, which will start at Hometown Foods and there will be a brief community pep rally following the parade at the football field. Additionally, following the game will be a dance until  11:30pm. Another tradition of homecoming is dress up days. This year, those included Tuesday as Country vs Country Club Day, Wednesday was Jersey Day, Thursday was Flannel or Tie-Dye Day and today is Spirit Day.
