
ADM Tigers cross country competed on Tuesday afternoon in both the boys and girls down in Winterset, as the Tigers were able to find some solid results across multiple races. The races were ran with juniors and seniors competing in one race and sophomores and freshmen in another, as the Tigers competed well.
On the boys side, ADM was able to find some top finishers with Cooper Greenslade able to grab a first place finish for the Tigers, putting up a time of 16 minutes and 39 seconds and senior Quinton Kimrey able to grab second in the junior/senior division with a time of 17 minutes and 29 seconds. Torin Timmerman was able to lead the freshmen/sophomore portion of the race with a first place mark of 17 minutes and 48 seconds.
Junior Geneva Timmerman ran in a tough field but was able to place third on the girls side, finishing with a time of 20 minutes and 17 seconds.
Both teams will have the rest of the week to practice before returning to the course next week when they race up in Ballard on Monday.
