The Guthrie County Supervisors met Tuesday.
The Board heard from Guthrie County Health Services Director Jotham Arber and took no action on the American Rescue Plan funding and approved the renewal of a 28E Agreement between the Iowa Department of Natural Resources and Guthrie County for permitting wells.
The Board then heard from County Engineer Josh Sebern and approved the pre construction agreement for the Primary Road Project and payroll change notices, as presented.
Following a discussion with Robert Greenway, the Board took no action on local option sales tax and the Farm to Market Policy.
Finally, the Board went into closed session about a claim for damages and discussed pending litigation.
