The Little Charger Early Learning Center is hosting a community meeting called “Guthrie Center Child Care Solutions” Thursday.

The community meeting will address the lack of child care Guthrie Center offers. According to Iowa Child Care Resource & Referral, Guthrie County is a child care desert and is an impediment to employment. The meeting will allow for different resources in child care to learn about the current needs of community members. 

The meeting will take place at Adair-Casey/Guthrie Center High School at 6:30pm and anyone from the community is welcome.
