Sept. 2

Sandra Urfer, Woodward, was traveling east on 230^th at X ave, when her vehicle was struck by another vehicle, driven by Lisa Montag of Grimes,  traveling north at on uncontrolled intersection.  Both vehicles were able to be driven away and no injuries were reported.  Damage to Ms Urfer’s vehicle was estimated at $3500.  Damage to Ms. Montag’s car was estimated at $3500.  Ms. Montag was issued a citation for Failure To Yield Upon Entering A Through Highway.

Sept. 3

Elizabeth Elliott, Winterset, was driving east on 360^th at Ute Ave, when she was struck by a vehicle driven by Nicholas Littell, Baxter.  There were no injuries reported and Ms. Elliott’s car sustained approximately $3000 damage.  Mr. Littill’s vehicle had approximately $1000 damage.  Both vehicles were able to be driven away.

Sept. 4

Shane Morgan, age 39, 222 21^st Str, Ames, was arrested on a warrant for Theft 2^nd Degree.

Daniel Martin, age 46, 213 63^rd St, West Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.

Shane Morgan, age 39, 4930 Vernon Rd, Sedalia, Mo, was arrested for being a Fugitive From Justice.

Sept. 5

Joshua Knowles, age 40, 14700 M Ave, Perry, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.

Yelena Barr, age 22, 8601 Westown Parkway, West Des Moines, was arrested for Driving While License Denied Or Revoked.  She was also cited for Speeding.

Enrique Ceja Casteneda, age 51, 691 H Ave, Ogden, was cited for Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia.

Brandi Deemer, Minburn, was legally parked on Walnut St in Minburn when her vehicle was struck by a vehicle driven by Amarrion Isom, Fort Dodge.  Ms. Deemer was not in the vehicle at the time of the accident.  Her vehicle sustained approximately $3000 damage.  No injuries were reported.

Sept. 6

Randall Venteicher, age 52, 167 190^th St, Scranton, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.

Michael Schmitz, age 33, 2625 Warford St, Perry, was arrested for Violation Of No Contract Order – Contempt.

Hilda Guzman, Denison, was traveling west on Hwy 141, near the 12000 block, when she struck a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $9000.  The vehicle was towed from the scene.

Bradford Depond, Adel, was traveling east on 240^th St at N Ave, when his vehicle was struck by a vehicle driven by Michael Standfest, Boone.   Mr. Depond was transported to a Des Moines Hospital by Dallas County EMS for injuries.  Mr. Standfest reported no injuries to anyone in his vehicle.  Damage to Mr. Depond’s vehicle was estimated at $10000.  Damage to Mr. Standfest’s vehicle was estimated at $8000.  Mr. Standfest was cited for Failure To Stop In Assured Clear Distance.

Sept. 7

Nicole Eppert, age 42, 1318 333^rd, Woodward, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.
