Adel-Desoto-Minburn Tigers cross country competed over the weekend in Urbandale in a solid meet, competing against other schools from around Central Iowa. The boys were able to get a 4th place performance out of 5 teams and the girls 5th out of 5 teams.

On the boys side they were able to get a top ten performance out of senior Cooper Greenslade, as he finished with a time of 17 minutes and 19 seconds. The Tigers were also able to get three other runners in the top twenty in Quinton Kimrey, Torin Timmerman, and Shay Holdmeyer.

On the girls side, junior Geneva Timmerman was able to lead the way with a 5th place performance with a time of 20 minutes and 17 seconds.

Both of the teams will be having a big meet tomorrow down in Winterset when they compete at the Lakeview Country Club. ADM will be hoping to have some solid races against great competition.
