Arrest: Robert Cecil Hellyer, age 50, 1206 Dewey, Perry was cited and released for Operating
While intoxicated 1’1 offense, two stop sign violations and failure to maintain control.
Received a report of harassment in the 2000 block of Warford. Parties involved were advised
to cease contact to avoid further problems.
Received a theft report in the 2000 block of Warford. Under investigation.
Sept 1:
Arrest: Samantha Lee Lumadue, age 31, 1402 Willis Ave, Perry was taken into custody and
charged wtth assault causing bodily injury or mental illness.
Arrest; Michelle Lynn Benge, age 37, 2705 Charles St., Perry was taken into custody and
charged with assault causing bodily injury or mental illness.
