Adel-Desoto-Minburn boys cross country started their season on Saturday with a meet at Glenwood, and they were able to get a respectable start to their season, as they finished 3rd out of 13 teams with a team score of 96.

The Tigers were able to get some good runs out of senior Cooper Greenslade, who finished 12th with a time of 17 minutes and 52 seconds. Senior Quinton Kimrey finished 13th with a time of 18 minutes and 1 second, and freshmen Torin Timmerman was able grab 14th with a mark of 18 minutes and 17 seconds. Rounding out the team scoring for the Tigers on the morning was sophomore Ryan Entriken who finished 28th with a time of 18 minutes 58 seconds and Shay Holdmeyer churning out 31st with an effort of 19 minutes 10 seconds.

For ADM, this is a solid start to the season and one that they hope they can continue to build upon. The boys will have their next race Saturday in Urbandale, with the girls to open up their season as well.
