For those that love classic cars among many activities going on at an event called Scoop The Loop in Stuart today. 

The event will have a vintage car show with trophies awarded for several categories. Scoop the Loop Board Member Kim Avey tells Raccoon Valley Radio on how the car show started. 

“When we were in high school we always called it scoop the loop. We would go  you know main drag and then go down on division and go out to the gas station and then turn around and come back .”

There will also be street foods and charitable organizations such as a 50/50 raffle for a K9 unit program for Stuart Police Department. The registration will start to enter the vintage car show at 6:30pm at the Downtown Pocket Park Pergalo and will last till around 10pm.
