The Adel Council will consider approving traffic regulations near Meadow View Elementary at their regular meeting Monday.

The Council meeting will begin with two public hearings on the proposed plans, specifications, form of contract and estimates of cost for the Southbridge lift station and force main projects.

Also, the Council will consider approving the Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Soccer Club request to reduce or eliminate water bills or reduce or eliminate lease payment, adopting plans and specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the Southbridge lift station and force main projects.

Finally, the Council will consider approving making an award of construction contract and then approving the contract and bond for the Southbridge lift station and force main projects. Also, the Council will consider approving the preliminary plat for Southbridge plat 7 and consider approving the time and date of 6 p.m. September 14th for a public hearing on the rezone and amendment of Southbridge plat 3.

The Adel City Council will meet at 6 p.m. Monday in Adel City Hall.
