Once again WCV head football coach Jim Lindsay sat down to talk about the 2021 season on the Wahl McAtee Tire & Service Center Guthrie County PM Sports Page.

Coach Lindsay was asked about how practice has changed with the introduction of contact this past week. Coach Lindsay had this to say, “Well,  we’re seeing a lot of the fundamentals we worked on over the summer. We’re seeing a lot those come through.” Coach Lindsay would continue to talk about the contact practice. “We’re seeing a lot of guys that like to hit. Which is pretty good. Ya know. It’s a contact sport. We’re not seeing a whole lot of guys shying away from hitting each other.”

Coach Lindsay would finish by saying, “We’re liking what we’re seeing. Everything we worked on fundamental wise and footwork wise come through.” Similar to last week, Lindsay and WCV seem ready for the 2021 season.
