We’re only a few weeks away from the start of the fall sports season for WCV.

The Wildcats’ Cross Country schedule has been released. WCV will start the year off at the Southeast Valley Invitational in Gowrie. The meet will start at 5pm Thursday, August 26th. WCV will up against 13 other schools for the meet. The next meet will be Sept. 2 in Redfield (4:30pm). After that the Wildcats get a break before a meet on Saturday Sept. 11 in Greene County at 10am.

WCV will continue the  season Sept. 16 at Panorama (4:30pm) followed by a meet in ADM on Sept. 20 (4:30pm). They’ll follow that up with a meet at Orient-Macksburg Sept. 27 (4:30pm) and they’ll finish up September in Redfield (4:30pm) once again. The only three meets in October are Nodaway Valley Oct. 4 (4:30pm), West Central Activities Conference meet in Panorama Oct. 14. (5pm) The Wildcats will then end the season with Districts on Oct. 21.  (4pm)
