Horacio Franco Hernandez, age 38, 2808 Aurora Ave, Des Moines, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence.

Aug. 4

Timothy Taylor, age 48, 375 Hillcrest Rd, Mobile, Al, was arrested for Assault.

Samantha Fink, age 24, 34102 Panther Creek Rd, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.

Aug. 5

Shane Gliem, Panora was stopped at the intersection of Hwy 44 and Hwy 169.  He proceeded into the intersection when he was struck by another vehicle driven by Gary Bugger, Boone.  Mr. Gliem’s vehicle sustained approximately $1800 and was towed from the scene.  Mr. Bugger’s vehicle sustained approximately $200 and was driven away.  No injuries were reported.
