7:57am: Molle Schmidt reported she struck a baby deer near Westwood and Grimmell Road. Her vehicle was not damaged. The officer dispatched the injured fawn.

9:14am: Jan Black requested an officer at 708 West Harrison Street to remove an Unwanted Person from her property. The male subject left before the officer arrived.

1:15pm: A Traffic Stop on Hwy 4 and 210th Street resulted in Eric Ildefonso of NE. being cited for, “Failure to Have a Valid Driver’s License.”

2:44pm: Jason Bryan reported his wife had barricaded herself in the bathroom at 204 East Vest Street. Officers arrived and were able to coax her out and took her to ER to be evaluated by a doctor.

2:55pm: Dennis Smith reported a trailer blocking the alley in the 400 Block of East State Street. The officer spoke to a construction crew, who had parked their trailer in the alley to work on a residence. The trailer was not blocking any driveways and the other end of the alley could be accessed. The crew advised they would be finished with the project today and the trailer would be removed.

4:18pm: An officer locked a white sports bike on radar at 100 miles per hour on 220 th , near Mulberry Street. The eastbound motorcycle did not yield to the officers lights and siren and a chase began. A deputy was in the grand Junction area, waiting for the motorcycle to reach him. Both officers lost sight of the subject between Jefferson and Grand Junction.

8:05pm: Angela Milakovich spoke with an officer concerning kittens located in the county on Jordan Ave. The subject advised he would shoot the kittens if PAWS did not come and get them. They had been dumped at his residence. The officer spoke to the subject, who advised he would wait a couple of days for PAWS to come and take control of the kittens.

9:48pm: Officers responded to an Alarm Activation at 1217 Rushridge Road. They were met by the homeowner, who advised it was accidental and all was fine.

10:21pm: A Traffic Stop near Elm and 220th Street resulted in Emma Wasson of Panora being cited for, “Excessive Speed.”
