9:07am: A deputy assisted with a medical call in the 600 block of East Main Street, Grand Junction.

12:43pm: A deputy investigated an inmate flushing a puzzle in the toilet for criminal mischief. 1:30pm: A deputy investigated a civil dispute in the 500 block of East Elizabeth Street, Grand Junction.

8:34pm: A deputy investigated a dog bite in the 300 block of Irving Street, Scranton.

10:27pm: The Sheriff investigated a driving complaint in Rippey.

Saturday, July 31st

6:37pm: A deputy removed a deer from the roadway on D Avenue near 140th Street.

7:14pm: A deputy investigated an alarm in the 200 block of North Main Street, Paton.

10:24pm: A deputy investigated a dog running at large in the 200 block of North 16th Street, Grand Junction.

11:09pm: A deputy assisted with a medical call in the 700 block of East Elizabeth Street, Grand Junction.

Sunday, August 1st

4:35am: A deputy investigated suspicious activity at Henderson Park.

7:02am: A deputy assisted with a horse on the roadway in the 1700 block of J Avenue.

7:20am: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle in the 1400 block of Jordan Avenue.

6:36pm: A deputy investigated a criminal mischief complaint in the 500 block of East Elizabeth Street, Grand Junction.

7:30pm: A deputy attempted to stop a motorcycle that fled reaching speeds of around 110 mph. The Jefferson Police Department assisted. Ryan Brown 48 of Jefferson was arrested for eluding, interference with official acts, and reckless driving.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
