If you have ever been interested in learning more about taking photographs in nature, there will be a special event in Perry. 

The Dallas County Conservation Board will be hosting an event from 10 a.m. to noon August 7th at the Forest Park and Museum where those attending can learn more about using phenology to better understand nature’s calendar when planning to photograph outdoors.

Those attending will not need to bring their own camera and the program will focus on ideas, challenges, solutions and planning a nature photography project. All experience levels are welcome to join the free event.
