The Perry City Council will consider approving the time and date for trick or treating at their regular meeting Monday. 

Also, the Council will consider approving a pay application for the wastewater treatment facility improvements, a planning and zoning commission reappointment, resolutions relating to and establishing rates and fees for solid waste collection for 6-yard dumpsters as well as commercial cardboard collection for 6 and 8-yard dumpsters.
