A local committee in Stuart is attempting to raise funds to bring a vehicle similar to the iconic Bonnie and Clyde car.
A Bonnie and Clyde Committee is attempting to raise funds to purchase a 1934 Ford Sedan that is similar to the one Bonnie and Clyde died in also known as the death car.
The plans for the vehicle is to display it in downtown Stuart in the Pocket Park which is next to the historic bank building Bonnie and Clyde robbed in 1934. This site would help draw people off of Interstate 80 and help boost Stuart’s economy.
As of now the committee has raised $100 and has a goal of raising $100,000 using gofundme.com
The original Bonnie and Clyde’s bullet riddled Ford Sedan is located in Primm, Nevada
