A memorial service for Norma Milligan, 86, of Jefferson will be held at 2:00pm on Thursday August 12, 2021 at Slininger-Schroeder Funeral Home, Jefferson, IA. Interment will be in the Jefferson Cemetery. A Celebration of Life and time of reminiscing will be held from 3:00 – 4:00pm August 12th at the PickAway, 704 North Elm Street, Jefferson, IA.
