3:09pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near U Avenue.

3:55pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near E Avenue.

4:40pm: A deputy investigated an illegal dumping complaint in the 1200 block of Neola Avenue.

7:26pm: A deputy arrested Joshua Uranga 40 of Pilot Mound for forgery and theft 3rd degree arrest warrants.

8:30pm: Joshua Uranga 40 of Pilot Mound was booked into the jail for forgery and theft 3rd degree.

8:44pm: A deputy assisted a motorist on 250th Street and Neola Avenue.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
