Shayla McMains, Perry, was driving East on Hwy 141 when she hit a bump and lost control of her vehicle. She crossed over the westbound lanes before entering the ditch. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $1500 and she was able to drive away from the scene. Ms. McMains was cited for Failure To Maintain Control.
Sergio D. Abuyoumm, age 32, 1025 28th St, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.
July 13
Spencer Erb, age 27, 716 4th E, Spencer, was arrested for Unlawful Possession Of Prescription Drug and Possession Of Contraband In Correctional Institution.
Jennifer Hoben, Adel, was stopped at a stop sign on the exit ramp of I80, waiting to enter Hwy 169. She was making sure the traffic was clear before entering Hwy 169 when she was struck by Joseph Davison, Adel. There were no injuries and damage was estimated at $1500 to Ms. Hoben’s vehicle. Damage to Mr. Davison’s vehicle was estimated at $1800. Both were able to drive from the scene. Mr. Davison was issued a citation for Failure To Stop In Assured Clear Distance.
Rock Moo, age 57, 4653 Kansas Ave, Omaha, NE, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.
Tiara Stanek, age 27, 3317 E 15th St, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Assault Causing Serious Injury.
