The Guthrie County Board of Supervisors will meet tomorrow. 

The Board will discuss with Guthrie County Health Director Jotham Arber about the estimated $2.5 million the county will recieve from the American Rescue Plan. Along with the Audubon County 28E agreement, and hear a county public health update. 

Then they will proceed with an update from Guthrie County Facilities Manager Brandon Thompson about the courthouse roof replacement project and award the contract.

Next the Board will hear from State Street Insurance representative Becky Benton about liability insurance, workers compensation insurance and review previous claims. 

Also, the Board will consider the proposal from Guthrie County Engineer Josh Sebern, about the approval of the Grade Crossing Surface Repair Force Account Agreement, McPherson Street Railroad Crossing and hear an update on the Secondary Roads Department.

The Board will then consider approving several resolutions, including an Adair and Guthrie County Management Transfer Funds, Secondary Roads Department Periodic Funds Transfer and consider approving the sale of a parcel of land owned by Jennifer Ingles. Finally, they will consider potential change orders to the budget for the Law Enforcement Center Project including, wall line grid, elevator electrical equipment, precast details and the Sally Port door.
