A special author visit is happening later this week at the Mary J. Barnett Memorial Library in Guthrie Center. 

Peggy Powell is the author of “Where’s Dotty?,” will be at the library to read her new book this Wednesday at 1pm. 

Library Director Pat Sleister says Peggy Powell is related to Linda Powell, who is from Guthrie Center. Sleister gives some insight into the book about a cute dog. 

“Well (Where’s Dotty?) is about, it is actually a find me book and you have to look and see where Dotty is.”
