ADM Tigers softball was able to battle one of the best in 5A on Wednesday night against Fort Dodge, playing solid softball but just falling short losing by the score of 1-0.

Offensively the Tigers were able to get a pair of doubles from Brooke Hickey and had some scoring opportunities throughout the night, but weren’t able to push across any runs. Fort Dodge was able to score their one run in the fifth inning as the Tigers were able to get an excellent pitching and defensive performance throughout the night, just falling short.

ADM softball will now wait for postseason time, as they await the winner of the game tonight between Carroll/Perry, with the semifinal game slated for Saturday at 7 pm in Adel. All ADM Tigers postseason coverage will be on True Country K1079, the KKRF app, and raccoonvalleyradio.com.
