A Perry woman is facing multiple charges after a child discharged a firearm in a residence earlier this past week. 

According to the Perry Police Department, Breanna Marie Mrazek is charged with five aggravated misdemeanors for child endangerment, and two additional aggravated misdemeanors for making a firearm available to a minor and possession of marijuana. 

Perry Police Chief Eric Vaughn says officers responded to the call in the 700 block of Williams Street in Perry of a seven-year-old who discharged a handgun into the wall of the residence at approximately 4:12 p.m. this past Monday. 

Vaughn says officers also discovered marijuana while investigating the scene. There were no injuries from the incident. Mrazek was arrested on Thursday and booked into the Dallas County Jail.
