The 2021 “Quest to be Your Best” themed Greene County Fair begins Tuesday.
Greene County ISU Extension Director Lori Mannel says one of the main highlights for Tuesday is the 4-H static exhibit judging. She explains some quick reminders for 4-H’ers and their families to be aware of.
“Each (4-H) club will be assigned a check-in time and we really ask that you adhere to those times for proper traffic flow and allow a smoother morning. In the afternoon, the state 4-H exhibits will be judged. We ask that you enter the east side of the door at Clover Hall. If you are not able to attend you proper scheduled time for your club, please give us a call at the Extension office and we’ll make arrangements for you.”
Judging will take place at 8:30am Tuesday morning and that afternoon are several livestock check-ins. The evening competition is the 4-H/FFA dog agility and Clover Kids Puppy Pack contest at 6pm near the gazebo on the Greene County Fairgrounds.
