For those looking for fun activities to take part in this week, there will be a local event going on in Adair County. 

Casey Fun Days will kick off Friday at 6 p.m. with a bags tournament and beer garden fundraiser at the Casey Fire Department and it wraps up at 8 p.m. with a concert featuring Zach Stone at Pioneers Pub and Grub. 

The festivities will continue at 7 a.m. Saturday with the Casey Stampede Fun Run and Pancake Breakfast followed by a full day of events including the kids parade at 9:30 a.m., big parade at 10:30 a.m. and city park kids activities from noon to 2 p.m. among many other activities.
