For those wanting to take part in a fan favorite event at the Dallas County Fair next week, the registration window is now open. 

Mutton Bustin’ will take place at 7 p.m. Thursday, July 8th and the first 100 people to register will have their spot reserved. If spaces fill up, walk-ins are welcome to check-in at the South Arena gate from 5:30-6 p.m. that Thursday and be put on a waiting list. 

Those who would like to participate must be eight-years-old or under and must weigh under 80-pounds. When signing up, people are asked to input the riders name, age and weight into the open field.
