The Perry School Board accepted a bid for the sale of real property at a special meeting Wednesday. 

Perry Superintendent Clark Wicks says the Board accepted an offer for $260,000 to sell the district’s building trades house at 2108 Otley Avenue that was built by Perry students. Wicks says the district partnered with the City for the lot the house was built on. 

Also, the Board approved the purchasing agreement.
