The Perry City Council approved a pay application for the 2020 HMA Rehabilitation at a special meeting Wednesday. 

Also, the Council approved the support for the City of Perry in seeking state trail project funding, along with Perry Public Library Board of Trustees reappointments, commercial and residential building permit fees and a fiscal year 2021 operational transfer of funds, transfer of funds for debt payments and an emergency levy transfer. 

Finally, the Council approved setting the cost of use of machinery and labor for nuisance abatements and other uses of City labor and property, and two applications to the Iowa Economic Development Authority from Perrywood Apartments and Hometown Rental Properties for Workforce Housing Tax Benefits.
