The Panora City Council approved a sound equipment permit at their regular meeting this past Monday.

The sound equipment permit is for the Town Square during Panorama Days. Also, the Council approved the possession and consumption of alcoholic canned beverages in designated areas of the Town Square during Panorama Days.

Finally, the Council approved agreeing upon conditions in the event Region XII’s Council Of Governments application to the State of Iowa Workforce Housing Tax Credits Program is approved. Also, the Council heard departmental reports.
