A Perry woman is facing multiple charges after a child discharged a firearm in a residence earlier this week. 

According to the Perry Police Department, Breanna Marie Mrazek is charged with five counts of child endangerment, along with making a firearm available to a minor and possession of marijuana. 

Perry Police Chief Eric Vaughn says officers responded to the call in the 700 block of Williams Street in Perry of a seven-year-old who discharged a handgun into the wall of the residence at approximately 4:12 p.m. this past Monday. 

Vaughn says officers also discovered marijuana while investigating the scene. There were no injuries from the incident.
