The Guthrie Center School Board approved an EMC Insurance renewal at their regular meeting this past Monday.

Also, the Board approved legislative priorities for the Iowa Association of School Boards,, a tech purchase in the amount of approximately $26,395 for items ranging from computers to projectors, along with approving elementary and staff handbooks for the upcoming year, and resignations and hires. 

Finally, the Board approved an Area Education Agencies purchasing agreement, the district’s audit report for the previous fiscal year, heard a Kid Zone presentation on their desire to expand facilities, reviewed the return to learn plan and heard administrative reports.
