After a long rest both the WCV baseball and softball teams are hitting the diamond today.

Baseball will be facing a .500 Woodward-Granger team (8-8) in a double header. The Eagles will likely be leaning on Sophomore Pitcher Collin Nardini. In the 21 innnings he’s pitched he has an ERA of one. The Wildcats will have to rely on hitters like Braiden Beane and Colton Kern to get the win.

Softball is looking for their eighth win of the season against struggling Eagles team. WCV’s explosive offense could have an electric day. They’ll be facing a young defense in their double header. The Wildcats will look to star Freshman Ella Sand to start the hitting.

Both teams will be at home. Softball’s first pitch will be 5:30PM. Baseball’s first pitch will be at 5PM.
