Vehicle 2 was stopped at the intersection of highway 141 and 1’t Ave. The light turned green
and as she started to pull through the intersection she was struck from the rear by vehicle L
Driver of vehicle 1 was cited for failure to maintain an assured dear distance, failure to provide
proof of financial liability accident related and no drivers license. Total estimated damages
$300.

Vehicle 1 Silver 2001 Dodge Durango registered to Abbie Agan Laws driven by Rhylan Agan,
1715 Warford, Perry.
Vehicle 2 Blue 2014 Nissan Sentra registered to and driven by Angeles Espinoza, 511 2″d Street,
Perry.
Vehicle 1 was stopped facing west at the intersection of Center and 1″ Ave, she started to pull
out but then noticed a vehicle heading North on 1” Ave so she started to reverse. Vehicle 1
backed their passenger rear bumper into the drivers side front bumper of unit 2. Unit one had
minimal damage, unit 2 had damage to the front bumper and hood. Total estimated damages
$1400.

with driving while barred.
