Adel-Desoto-Minburn Tigers baseball and softball will be returning to action tonight at home in Adel, when both teams will welcome new conference foe Gilbert to town.

On the baseball side, Gilbert is the defending 3A runner up in the state of Iowa and is off to another good start at 8-4 while ADM comes in at 3-5. The Tigers have lost two straight after a pair of close losses last week to Winterset and Carlisle, and will be hoping to jump start some positive momentum against one of the best teams in the state.

ADM girls softball is 11-4 on the season and Gilbert 8-7 as ADM will be looking to take care of business as home and keep their recent streak of excellent offense.
