The Perry City Council approved the fiscal year 2021 budget amendment at their regular meeting Monday.

Also, the Council approved a change order and pay application for the 2020 HMA rehabilitation and statement of completion and final acceptance for the 2020 HMA resurfacing, approved a loan and disbursement agreement and providing for the issuance and securing the payment of $28.9 million taxable sewer revenue bonds.

Finally, the Council approved the fiscal year 2020 annual audit report, a professional service agreement and repealed and replaced the Code of Ordinance Chapter 125 relating to fireworks.
