A Bagley man has been sentenced to two years in prison after an incident in June of last year.
According to court documents, 38-year-old Jeffery Michael Heater of Bagley was given a suspended prison sentence of 15 years for the Class D Felony of third degree burglary charge and placed on probation for three years. Also, Heater was sentenced to two years in prison for the aggravated misdemeanor charge of possession of burglary tools and will then be placed on probation for three years. He must also pay a $625 fine.
The charges stem from an incident in June of last year when Heater broke into a vacant residence in Perry and removed several items.
