A two-vehicle crash last Friday afternoon near Perry results in injuries and one citation.

The Perry Police and Fire departments, Dallas County EMS and the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office responded to a crash involving two vehicles near Highway 141 and I Court at approximately 4:50 p.m. this past Friday. 

The Sheriff’s Office reports that Timothy Murrane was traveling west on Highway 141 near the intersection of I Court when he was hit by a vehicle driven by McInzie Harlan of Minburn who was attempting to turn north onto I Court but failed to yield. Murrane and two passengers in Harlan’s vehicle were taken to the Dallas County Hospital with injuries. 

Each vehicle received approximately $15,000 in damage and Harlan was cited for failure to yield upon left turn.
