Adel-Desoto-Minburn Tigers boys soccer will be competing in the 2A state quarterfinals today from Cownie Park in Des Moines, when the Tigers take on Pella in what should be a great game. ADM comes in with a 14-4 record while Pella counters at 15-4, with both teams commonly ranked in the 2A polls throughout the entire season.

ADM is coming off a 2-0 win over Creston and Pella a 1-0 advance after winning in penalty kicks over Fort Madison.

Both of these teams met earlier in the season with Pella grabbing a 2-1 victory over the Tigers, though the game was very close and both teams were able to get similar chances. For ADM, they will be continuing to rely on a defense that has been great this season, as they have been able to post 11 shutouts in their 14 wins.
