A Celebration of Life for Suzette Lynn Neel Livingston, 66, of Knoxville, Tennessee, formerly of Perry was held at the Cremation Options Funeral Home in Knoxville, TN on May 27th, 2021.   She is survived by her mother, Pat Neel of Perry;  daughter, Kati Conaway of Knoxville, TN; and brother, Craig of Des Moines.
