
Gilbert put an end to the Greene County girls’ high school soccer season on Wednesday night in Gilbert. The Tigers won 10-0 by the “mercy rule” and they advance to the second round of Class 1A regional play with a 10-7 record.
Greene County ends 0-17 and first year coach Peyton Paddock’s team scored just three goals this season, being shut out 14 times. A very young and inexperienced team gained playing time this season.
