9:15am: Gage Felix 18 of Carroll was booked into the jail for Eluding.

9:31am: A deputy arrested Paityn Harrison 20 of Fort Dodge for driving while barred and violation a protective order in the 200 block of X Avenue.

11:23am: The Sheriff, deputies, Greene County Ambulance, Grand Junction Fire, and Jefferson Fire responded to a cement truck vs car accident on U Avenue near 185 th Street. Norman Taylor 27 of Ames was driving a 2015 Mack cement truck traveling North on U Avenue. Norman lost control of the cement truck and side swiped Nancy Carhill 67 of Jefferson. Nancy was South bound on U Avenue in a 2013 Ford Edge. The Mack truck struck the drivers side mirror on the Ford Edge. The Mach rolled onto its side and slid onto the shoulder of the South bound lane. The driver of the Mack Truck was transported to the Greene County Medical Center with minor injuries. The Mack Truck was totaled in the accident. The Ford Edge had an estimated 500 dollars damage. The accident is still under investigation.

1:38pm: Paityn Harrison 20 of Fort Dodge was booked into the jail for driving while barred and violating a protective order.

4:17pm: A deputy investigated a suspicious person in the 500 block of East Main Street, Grand Junction.

7:01pm: A deputy investigated a domestic in the 1000 block of Cedar Street, Scranton.

7:17pm: A deputy investigated a complaint of dogs chasing cattle in the 700 block of 130th Street.

8:16pm: A deputy investigated a suspicious person on W Avenue near 185th Street.

9:50pm: A deputy investigated a car deer accident on 220th Street near Eaton Avenue. Timothy Schmidt 33 of Minnesota struck a deer with a 2009 Subaru Outback causing an estimated 3,500 dollars damage.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
