The 12th annual car show with the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office is coming up fast on the calendar. 

Registration for the event runs from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on June 5th. There will be judging from 1-2 p.m., followed by an  awards presentation at 2:30 p.m. The event will be taking place in downtown Adel. 

Pre-registration is $20 by June 1st for the first car and $10 for any additional cars. All pre-registrations will receive a t-shirt and registration for the day of the event is $20 and checks should be made payable to the Special Olympics of Iowa. 

There will be numerous awards given out including the top 20 and best of show, long distance, bad bike, special olympics choice and most likely to be stopped by a cop.
