Melanie Gonzalez, age 18 of Perry, passed away on Saturday, May 22, 2021 in Grimes IA. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 27, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. at the Carris Family Funeral Home & Cremation Care in Perry. Visitation will be on Wednesday, May 26, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Perry High School gymnasium in Perry. Burial will be in the Violet Hill Cemetery in Perry on Friday, May 28, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. Everyone is encouraged to wear face coverings and practice social distancing while attending visitation and services.
