Ivan Winger, age 83 of Perry, passed away on Friday, May 21, 2021 at the Perry Lutheran Homes Eden Acres Campus in Perry, IA. Memorial services will be held on Thursday, May 27, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at the Mount Olivet Lutheran Church in Perry. Burial will be in the Violet Hill Cemetery at Perry, IA.
