The Board also heard the final courthouse exterior inspection report and the cost for repairs were roughly $4.3 million, up from $2.8 million from the previous report due to material availability and changes in scope of repairs. The repairs include exterior stone, internal roof drains, roof, gutters and flashings among other repairs.
