The Greene County School Board will meet tomorrow night.
The Board will hold a work session at 5:15pm. Topics to be discussed include an E-Sports presentation and an extra-curricular pay schedule.
The regular meeting will begin at 6:30pm. The Board will discuss and possibly take action on masking requirements as part of its COVID-19 mitigation efforts, as well as an update to its COVID-19 relief funding allocation from the federal government.
Under new business, the Board will consider for approval an extra-curricular pay schedule from the work session, fundraiser requests, a funding transfer from general to student activity, amending the district’s depository, and several agreements for the next fiscal year, including a purchasing agreement with Prairie Lakes Area Education Agency, a Western Iowa Transit System agreement and a North Central Consortium School 28E agreement. Additionally, the Board will consider for approval an art club field trip request, a 2022-23 band trip request and the first reading of a revised board policy concerning drug and alcohol testing program.
