Two Guthrie County school districts are preparing to send off their respective high school senior classes.

Adair-Casey/Guthrie Center High School will have its senior awards night tomorrow at 7pm in the high school gym. The seniors will be recognized with scholarships and class awards. Those wanting to attend are encouraged to observe social distancing and are required to wear a mask as part of the district’s COVID-19 mitigation efforts. Panorama High School will have its senior awards night tomorrow at 6pm in the high school auditorium. They will also recognize seniors with scholarships and class awards. Attendees are encouraged to wear a mask and observe social distancing guidelines against COVID-19.

Both high schools will hold their respective commencement ceremonies this Sunday at 1pm. AC/GC will have their event in the gym, while Panorama’s ceremony will take place in the auditorium. Panorama’s valedictorian is Emma Johnston and the salutatorian is Ella Waddle.
