Dallas Center – Grimes boys golf competed at the Gilbert Invite on Saturday, and were able to put together one of their best performances of the season, as they were able to get 2nd with a team score of 330 in tough conditions.

Zach Ross was able to get a 7th place performance with a score of 81, helping pace a Mustang team. Blake Perrin was able to get an 82, Joe Jansen was able to grab an 82, and Brock Junge was able to get an 85 got a good mark.

DCG will be participating in their conference tournament today as they will be looking for a good mark.
